The project is located witin the Galleria at Jordan Creek in West Des Moines which offers unparalleled accessibility to General Growth’s new Jordan Creek Town Center, Well’s Fargo’s Home Mortgage campus and the new Aviva North American Headquarters. Heart of America is co-developing this office building with The Siedenburg Group located in Des Moines.
